ДЕЯКІ СПРОБИ ДІАГНОСТУВАННЯ ПОСТТРАВМАТИЧНИХ ПОРУШЕНЬ УЧАСНИКІВ БОЙОВИХ ДІЙ НА РАННІХ ЕТАПАХ ЇХ ВИНИКНЕННЯ

Анотація

Війна на сході України підняла на досить високий рівень актуальність питання посттравматичних порушень учасників бойових дій. Завдяки роботі вітчизняних науковців в інструментарії офіцерів-психологів ЗС України існує велика варіативність методик для виявлення посттравматичних порушень. Вони представлені як у вигляді коротких опитувальників для первинного скринінгу ознак посттравматичного стресового розладу, тривоги, депресії, так і у вигляді багатофакторних опитувальників для діагностування гострої реакції на стрес, посттравматичного стресового розладу, розладів адаптації, а також інших коморбідних розладів при посттравматичних порушеннях, однак призначені вони для фіксування розладу, який уже набув нозологічної форми. Ряд досліджень показали, що одним з основних предикторів посттравматичного стресового розладу є гостра реакція на стрес. Відповідно до вищезазначеного розвитку затяжного і хронічного розладу можна запобігти шляхом виявлення посттравматичних порушень на ранніх етапах їх виникнення, ще до розвитку нозологічного розладу та своєчасного надання психотерапевтичної допомоги. Для вирішення проблеми своєчасного діагностування посттравматичних порушень існує потреба в розробці відповідної методики. Представлено результати розробки індивідуального напівструктурованого цілеспрямованого інтерв'ю та перевірка його працездатності як методики діагностування посттравматичних порушень. Порівняльний аналіз результатів опитувальників з результатами проведення інтерв'ю показав, що індивідуальне цілеспрямоване напівструктуроване інтерв'ю виконує діагностичні функції і може мати ряд переваг над опитувальниками.
