PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF OCCURRENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF STRESS TOLERANCE IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract

The article presents the theoretical analysis of scientific works of foreign and Ukrainian scientists, which describes features and psychological conditions for appearance and development of stress resistance for social workers in their professional practice. The description of the features of professional practice of social workers, that determinate the specific manifestations of stress factors, which are related to the definition of psychological conditions of their occurrence and development of stress resistance has been done.
