The article analyzes the experience of the personnel management system (personnel management) reforming in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the period of 2006-2011 and 2014-2018. The two periods of reforming the personnel management system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the implementation of the State Program for the Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period of 2006-2011 and the State Program for the Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period up to 2020 are analyzed and compared.
