Abstract

The article, based on sound methodological provisions, presents the peculiarities of the foundations for the establishment and termination of servitude for their practical application in the military sphere. The content of servitude in the system of restrictions is disclosed and servitude is separated from the ways of legitimate establishment of the boundaries of property rights.
