Дискурсивна сила КНР: приховані стратегії глобальних ініціатив та виклики зовнішньополітичній суб'єктності України

Вступ. Трансформація сучасної архітектури міжнародних відносин супроводжується переходом КНР від позиції пасивного "виконавця правил" до амбітної ролі глобального "творця правил". В умовах російської агресії проти України та зростаючої координації Пекіна і Москви питання деконструкції офіційного дискурсу КНР набуває безпосередньої практичної значущості для збереження зовнішньополітичної суб'єктності України та її євроатлантичного курсу. Метою дослідження є критичний аналіз офіційного дискурсу КНР у межах ключових глобальних ініціатив – "один пояс, один шлях" (一带一路), "цифровий Шовковий шлях" (数字丝绸之路) та "спільнота спільної долі людства" (人类命运共同体) – для виявлення розриву між їхньою гуманістичною риторикою та прихованими стратегічними цілями, а також оцінювання викликів, які ці ініціативи створюють для зовнішньополітичної автономії України.
Методи. Методологічну основу становить поєднання критичного синтетичного аналізу вторинної наукової літератури та інтерпретативного аналізу офіційних першоджерел – Білих книг Держради КНР, програмних промов Сі Цзіньпіна та концептуальних документів міністерства закордонних справ КНР.
Результати. Установлено, що концепція дискурсивної сили (话语权) функціонує не як інструмент міжцивілізаційного діалогу, а як механізм нормативного домінування, спрямованого на заміну універсальних ліберальних цінностей нормами, що пріоритизують державний суверенітет над правами особистості. Виявлено, що ініціатива "один пояс, один шлях" формує асиметричні економічні й технологічні залежності через "ефект замикання", тоді як "цифровий Шовковий шлях" створює паралельний цифровий порядок, несумісний із ліберальними нормами приватності та свободи слова. Концепція "спільноти спільної долі людства" проаналізована як сучасна форма неоімперської системи "Тянься" (天下) – ієрархічної моделі світоустрою, де статус держав визначається мірою їхньої лояльності китайському центру.
Висновки. Зроблено висновок, що для України сукупний ефект цих механізмів є критичним: координація Пекіна та Москви в міжнародних інституціях системно підриває нормативну базу, яка захищає право України на самостійний вибір безпекових гарантій, а залучення до китайських інфраструктурних і цифрових проєктів без чіткої стратегії управління ризиками загрожує формуванням реляційного замикання, що обмежуватиме реалізацію суверенного євроатлантичного вибору.
