ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРОЯВУ АГРЕСІЇ У ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ-УЧАСНИКІВ БОЙОВИХ ДІЙ: НЕОБХІДНІСТЬ ЧИ НЕГАТИВНИЙ ФАКТОР?

Анотація

Наведено результати емпіричних досліджень щодо вивчення проблеми прояву агресії у військовослужбовців-учасників бойових дій. Визначено, чи є агресивна поведінка військовослужбовців негативним фактором, чи існує потреба обов'язкового психокорекційного втручання, або навпаки, є тією особливістю, яка сприяє ефективному виконанню завдань за призначенням під час ведення бойових дій. Вивчення проблематики агресії військовослужбовців досліджено всебічно, а саме: як до риси особистості, як до однієї з реакцій бойового стресу та одного з проявів девіантної поведінки. Проведено пошук точок дотику між проявами агресивної поведінки та ефективністю виконання бойових завдань. Зазначено, що на етапі обробки емпіричних даних, виявилось, що всі військовослужбовці, які брали участь у дослідженні, проходять службу в ЗСУ лише з 2017 р., тобто вони не застали запеклих боїв 2014–2016 років, що вплинуло на отримані результати. Також розглянуто рівень бойового стресу військовослужбовців, які брали участь у бойових діях після 2016 р., який, безумовно, менший, ніж рівень бойового стресу військовослужбовців-учасників бойових дій до 2016 р., тобто агресивна поведінка (як реакція бойового стресу) має менший прояв.
