ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ВИТОКІВ ВИНИКНЕННЯ І РОЗВИТКУ ЕМОЦІЙНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ ЯК ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО КОНСТРУКТА

Розкрито теоретико-методологічні засади витоків виникнення і розвитку емоційного інтелекту як психологічного конструкта. Зазначено, що дослідники називають досліджуваний конструкт "емоційним інтелектом", між тим думки вчених щодо психологічної сутності досліджуваного феномену різняться. З одного боку, їхні підходи доповнюють один одного, а з іншого, – суперечать один одному. Між тим загальною рисою існуючих підходів до визначення емоційного інтелекту є розуміння цього конструкта як здатності до адекватної діагностики емоцій, їхнього розуміння та управління ними. Ідеться як про власні емоції суб'єкта, так і емоції інших людей. У сучасних концепціях емоційного інтелекту відображено тенденцію поєднання ірраціональної складової людської психіки (емоцій, інтуїції) та раціональної складової (мислення, аналіз, логіка). Інтелект та емоції взаємодіють, спостережено їхню взаємодоповнюваність, а не антагоністичні стосунки. У всіх психологічних підходах, що описують взаємозв'язок інтелекту та емоцій, вказано на когнітивне визначення емотивних проявів особистості. Детермінантами є такі якості особистості, як вміння оцінювати та інтерпретувати події і стани, що відбуваються (власні та інших), вміння оцінювати та передбачати необхідні та наявні ресурси для досягнення поставленої мети. Емоційний інтелект є суттєвим психічним ресурсом людини. Він сприяє підвищенню результативності діяльності за рахунок розуміння та регуляції емоцій, з одного боку, і покращення взаємодії з соціальним оточенням за рахунок розпізнавання емоцій інших людей та управління ними, з іншого. У стресовій ситуації цей вид інтелекту дозволяє оптимізувати енергетичні витрати, керувати стрес-чинниками, отримувати корисний досвід, ефективніше вирішувати поставлені завдання. Емоційний інтелект не є постійною величиною й успішно піддається розвитку внаслідок спеціально розроблених програм або за допомогою життєвого досвіду.
