ТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ПОНЯТТЯ "ПСИХОЛОГІЧНА КОРЕКЦІЯ" ТА ЙОГО РОЛЬ І МІСЦЕ В СИСТЕМІ МОРАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

Питання психологічної допомоги військовослужбовцям, особливо у період ведення бойових дій, дуже актуальне. Одним із видів надання такої допомоги є психологічна корекція. Цивільні психологи у своїй професійній діяльності всебічно використовують всі можливості психологічної корекції при роботі з клієнтами. У контексті психологічного забезпечення ЗСУ ця категорія дещо відійшла на другий план, що може бути пов'язано з багатьма причинами, які потребують окремого аналізу та висвітлення. Проведено ґрунтовний теоретичний аналіз поняття психологічної корекції та визначені його роль і місце в системі морально-психологічного забезпечення ЗСУ. Проаналізовано керівні документи щодо визначення психологічної корекції, визначено два існуючі напрями психологічної корекції, а саме: усунення негативних наслідків участі в бойових діях (при проведенні заходів психологічної реабілітації) і формування якостей, необхідних для військової служби (у заходах повсякденного психологічного супроводу службової діяльності). Запропоновано додаткові напрями її використання. Визначено принципові відмінності таких понять, як "психологічна корекція", "психологічне консультування" та "психотерапія". Розглянуто підходи цивільних дослідників щодо визначення поняття психологічної корекції, як вітчизняними, так і зарубіжними. Сформульовано власне визначення поняття психологічної корекції, безумовно, з урахуванням специфіки діяльності військових психологів. Висвітлено результати проведеної роботи, які є підґрунтям для подальшої роботи із зазначеною проблематикою, що дає змогу у подальшому розробити методологію використання психологічної корекції на кожному із зазначених етапів при роботі з військовослужбовцями, а також створити навчальну програму для офіцерів-психологів і працівників ЗС України для підвищення їхньої професійної кваліфікації у цьому важливому питанні.
