Анотація

Вступ. Сучасні безпекові виклики й динамічний характер службово-бойової діяльності підрозділів сектору безпеки й оборони України зумовлюють необхідність удосконалення професійної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів, зокрема щодо їхньої готовності до ефективної професійної взаємодії у кризових умовах. У таких ситуаціях комунікація є важливим механізмом координації дій підрозділів, оперативного обміну інформацією та прийняття управлінських рішень. У цьому контексті особливої актуальності набуває використання засобів імітаційного моделювання, які дають змогу створю-вати навчальні ситуації, максимально наближені до реальних умов службової діяльності. Методи. У дослідженні використано комплекс теоретичних і емпіричних методів. Теоретичні методи – аналіз, систематизація та узагальнення наукових джерел із проблем професійної взаємодії офіцерів, комунікативної компетентності та застосування симуляційних технологій у військовій освіті. Метод структурно-функціонального аналізу застосовано для обґрунтування компонентів моделі підготовки майбутніх офіцерів. Емпіричні методи передбачали вивчення та узагальнення практичного досвіду підготовки майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників у вищих військових навчальних закладах. Метод педагогічного моделювання використано для розроблення структурної моделі підготовки майбутніх офіцерів до професійної взаємодії у кризових умовах засобами імітаційного моделювання. Результати. У результаті дослідження визначено ключові комунікативні аспекти професійної взаємодії офіцерів у кризових умовах, серед яких: оперативний обмін інформацією; координація дій підрозділів; колективне прийняття управлінських рішень; організація міжособистісної та міжвідомчої комунікації; підтримання ситуаційної обізнаності. Обґрунтовано педагогічний потенціал використання імітаційного моделювання у формуванні комунікативної готовності майбутніх офіцерів. Розроблено структурну модель підготовки, що включає цільовий, змістовий, процесуальний, мотиваційний і результативний компоненти. Визначено педагогічні умови ефективного використання імітаційного моделювання у професійній підготовці курсантів. Висновки. Імітаційне моделювання є ефективним педагогічним засобом формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів і підвищення їхньої готовності до професійної взаємодії у кризових умовах. Реалізація запропонованої моделі сприяє розвитку практичних навичок професійної комунікації, координації дій підрозділів і прийняття управлінських рішень у складному оперативному середовищі.
