ФАХОВА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ МАЙБУТНІХ ОФІЦЕРІВ СТРУКТУР ПЕРСОНАЛУ ЯК ПОНЯТІЙНА КАТЕГОРІЯ

Вступ. Статтю присвячено розгляду фахової компетентності майбутніх офіцерів структур персоналу як понятійної категорії сучасної військово-педагогічної науки. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що в умовах війни кадрові, мобілізаційні й організаційно-штатні рішення набули особливої ваги, а отже, зросли вимоги до підготовки офіцерів, які безпосередньо залучені до виконання цих процесів.
Методи. У дослідженні використано аналіз і узагальнення сучасних психолого-педагогічних праць, порівняльний аналіз, лексико-семантичний аналіз українських словників, а також аналіз нормативно-правових актів України, документів військової кадрової політики й положень, що регламентують організацію військової освіти. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять компетентнісний, системний, діяльнісний, історико-логічний, порівняльно-нормативний підходи.
Результати. У роботі з'ясовано розуміння поняття "компетентність", визначено особливості поняття "фахова компетентність" і його відмінність від загальної професійної компетентності. Проаналізовано сучасне бачення цілей і змісту професійної підготовки офіцерів з урахуванням українських і НАТОвських нормативних документів. На-дано визначення поняття "фахова компетентність майбутніх офіцерів структур персоналу" з урахуванням кадрової, мобілізаційної, організаційно-штатної, аналітичної, правової, комунікативної та інформаційно-цифрової діяльності.
Висновки. Показано, що фахова компетентність майбутніх офіцерів структур персоналу є понятійною категорією, яка відображає інтегровану готовність і здатність майбутнього офіцера правомірно, обґрунтовано й результативно діяти у сфері кадрового забезпечення, мобілізаційної та організаційно-штатної роботи. Запропоноване визначення створює основу для подальшого аналізу її структури, критеріїв, показників і педагогічних умов формування.
